It contains information on the level, context, content and status of the studies that were successfully undertaken. This is a generic document which normally accompanies your transcript.

Yes, you can provide multiple delivery addresses for your transcripts when ordering.
We are now able to offer a pdf of your transcript, via email, which will include a stamp and signature, through our Online Document Store.
You must allow up to 10 working days for us to produce your order. At certain times of the year (i.e. after congregation) the volume of requests can mean that this may be slightly longer than usual. If you studied with us before 1999 this may also take longer to produce.
The transcript is an official document, we are unable to add or remove modules from transcripts.
When placing your order there is an opportunity to upload a form to accompany your transcript. You can also hand the form in at the Student Services desk in the Palatine Centre and the team will ensure this accompanies your transcript(s).

It is possible to select to collect your ordered documents or you can arrange for a friend to collect your order documents on your behalf. You should include the name of your friend when placing an order.
Yes, there is an option to select separate Durham University named envelopes for each transcript which we stamp with the University shield across each seal and tape. There is a charge of £1 per envelope.
Once a reasonable period of time has lapsed, we will re-issue your documents without charge.
No. The University does not operate a GPA ranking and does not have an agreed GPA scale. The University’s classification arrangements are designed to be consistent with the QAA Framework for Higher Education Qualifications (England, Wales and Northern Ireland). We can provide a letter to confirm that a GPA is not available.
