Dr Zoe Gounari

Honorary Fellow

Zoe has a law degree from Anglia Ruskin University, an LLM in International Business Law from Manchester University, an LLM in Energy Law and Policy from Dundee University and a PhD from Durham University.

She completed the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law in York and worked for several years as legal counsel in the private sector before she joined Durham Law School as a lecturer between 2007 and 2010 and as a Teaching Fellow between 2017 and 2020.

Zoe's PhD was funded by a full scholarship from the Arts and Humanities Research Council. She is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy.
