Mary's enthusiastic dedication to excellent customer service and promotion of multilingualism and intercultural awareness across the University and the City of Durham has had a major impact on the life of many language learners.

Santiago's international research and activities have become a prime example and model for future projects underpinned by a commitment to the university's international strategy.

Linda’s skills and enthusiasm have gone above and beyond her position over the last 10 years by managing the International Fellowship programme and project based activities. Bob’s work has been instrumental in serving both the University and the community through the Fellows programme his enthusiastic engagement with participants who attend.

Matteo was president of the International Students Association and gave a new life to the society by organising different cultural events such as the Lunar New Year celebration in 2020.

Kathleen has managed student study and work abroad for the School of Modern Languages and Culture as well as exercising a considerable amount of autonomy in the management of the process.
