We are delighted that this October will see the return of our popular Community Fun Day held at Palace Green. This event aims to showcase a huge variety of activities, clubs and organisations from all over County Durham which is free and open for everyone to enjoy!
Community Fun Day is organised as an opportunity to bring together a huge variety of university groups and community partners for an interactive, fun and engaging event which all ages can enjoy for free*.
We want to celebrate the community organisations in County Durham and host a family friendly event for a great day out in Durham.
There will be something for all ages and interests, including live music, theatre, sports, dancing, hands-on science, arts and crafts, stalls, exhibitions and much more.
You can find us in the marquee on Palace Green on Saturday 29 October.
