CECH exists to reinforce the multidisciplinary research links between philosophy, archaeology, anthropology, law and beyond.

We want to pioneer innovative approaches in applied ethics that bring forward the impact of humanities and social sciences in the world. Our members contribute to debates about the ethics of cultural heritage, collaborate with government agencies, supranational organisations, universities and museums globally and provide advice to international bodies concerned with heritage issues. Our projects provide the research findings to support and inform these activities.
