Ajibola Asolo
Biography
Ajibola studied law at the University of Wolverhampton. He also holds an LL.M. in International Commercial Law from the University of Birmingham. He is a qualified common-wealth solicitor and has practiced broadly in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) financial and capital markets, advising on the structuring, admission, and regulation of securities and financial products. In addition to extensive corporate law experience, he has also provided advice across numerous transactions cutting across privatisation, real estate, energy, project finance, mergers and acquisitions, and structured finance transactions.
Current Research
His research is in the area of transnational regulation of derivatives with specific focus on an EMEA jurisdiction.
