The Durham Online MBA: Strategic Consulting Project

The Strategic Consulting Project is the capstone module of the Online MBA. It is an opportunity for you to put your learning throughout the programme to use within a real-world organisation.

You will identify and work with an organisation on an issue of strategic importance, conducting primary research that makes a meaningful contribution to practice. Working with an academic supervisor, you will be supported to produce a project that you can be proud of.
