Biography
Biography:
Nan Xiong is an Assistant Professor of Finance at Durham Business School. Prior to joining Durham University, he held positions at the University of Surrey and Shanghai Advanced Institute of Finance (SAIF). Nan graduated from Fudan University with a BSc degree in Mathematics. Nan continued his studies at Tepper School of Business, Carnegie Mellon University, where he earned an MSc degree and completed his PhD in finance. Nan’s main research and teaching interest lies in corporate finance. His research has been published in journals such as the Journal of Corporate Finance. Nan has a keen interest in global scholarship and collaborates with colleagues from North America, Europe, and Asia.
