International Business in Context
The International Business in Context module offers a unique opportunity to learn how global companies operate across different cultures, borders, and industries. By combining academic insights with real-world experience, this module includes an international study tour, immerses you in a new language, and equips you with the essential tools to succeed in the global business environment.
- You will gain an understanding of how strategic decisions are influenced by political, economic, legal, and cultural factors in an international context.
- During the module, you will visit a leading company overseas and evaluate their operations through hands-on, guided analysis.
- Additionally, you will gain a competitive edge by learning a second business language. Weekly classes will prepare you for the country you visit, enhancing your communication skills and cultural intelligence.
- You will also have the opportunity to meet with executives, explore global businesses up close, and apply international business theories to real organisations.
What’s included
As part of this exciting opportunity, the University will provide:
