This workshop coincides with our new FREE exhibition, Remembering Hiroshima and Nagasaki  produced in collaboration with the Hiroshima Peace Memorial Museum, and highlights the devastation wreaked by the atomic bombing of Hiroshima and Nagasaki in 1945.

Included in the exhibition are photographs of everyday life before and after the bombings, alongside objects kindly loaned from the Hiroshima Peace Memorial Museum and the Nagasaki Atomic Bomb Museum. The exhibition ends with hope, highlighting how the two cities have risen from the ashes of the bombings to spread a message of peace.

Please note: The workshop begins at 2.00pm, but participants are welcome to arrive early and explore the exhibition.

All material provided. No experience needed. This workshop is suitable for people over 16 years of age.
