Powder throw at Holi Festival

Welcome the spring season to Durham and join us for Holi Festival. Holi is the Indian Spring Festival, also known as the Festival of Colours, because one of the ways to celebrate is to throw brightly coloured powders over your friends and family! Join us on this special day to enjoy powder throwing sessions, craft activities, storytelling, music, rangoli drawing and more.

The event will include timed powder throws with one free environmentally and skin-kind powder sachet of brightly coloured Holi powder for each participant. Alongside powder throws, ticket-holders will also be able to access craft activities and performances.

Everyone welcome. Suitable for all the family.

Tickets are £3 for adults and children. Children under 2 years are free of charge.

Tickets are available to purchase now. Click on the link and select your time slot.

We do hope that you will come to the Oriental Museum and celebrate with us.
