Leadership in Organisations
The Durham DBA module Leadership in Organisations aims at developing your personal leadership capacity. You will engage with key theories from the leadership (and followership) realm. You will have time for reflection and development, and plenty of opportunity to present and discuss your own research ideas.
This ‘taster’ session will provide you with an introduction to thinking about your own leadership in ways that are informed by the science of leadership and translate into your personal and professional development.
