Leadership in Organisations - Durham DBA Module Taster Session

The online taster session for Leadership in Organisations will be held on Wednesday 14 February 2024 at 12:30 UK time for one hour via Zoom. The session will be led by Prof Owain Smolovic-Jones, Professor in Leadership.   

Summary  
Do you see yourself as a leader? Who do you lead? Who do you follow? Leadership is one of the mysterious and yet essential forces that touch our lives within and beyond organisations. The DBA module Leadership in Organisations aims at developing your personal leadership capacity. You will engage with key theories from the leadership (and followership) realm. You will have time for reflection and development, and plenty of opportunity to present and discuss your own research ideas. This ‘taster’ session will provide you with an introduction to thinking about your own leadership in ways that are informed by the science of leadership and translate into your personal and professional development.
