Artem is a Teaching Fellow in Economics. His research explores how people create reputational information endogenously within a group in an indefinitely repeated dilemma game situation. He conducts controlled and financially incentivised laboratory experiments with human participants in order to understand and quantify decision-making processes. Practical applications include optimisation of online markets. Artem also has 6 years of commercial experience in the financial services sector, both in operational and analytical roles.
