Caroline has worked for the University since April 2017 when she was initially employed as a Programme Administrator within the Doctoral team working with the PhD and DBA students before moving onto Postgraduate work.

Caroline has worked across the taught postgraduate programmes for Management, Marketing, Finance, Islamic Finance, Economics and Accounting and is the Learning and Teaching Co-ordinator for these programmes.

Caroline works closely with the Programme Team and is responsible for the effective management and professional administration of a wide range of teaching, learning and assessment activities, ensuring that customer service excellence and service delivery standards are maintained.
