Biography

Georgios Karamatzanis (LLB, Lancaster University, LPC-LLM, University of Law) is a PhD student at the department of Management and Marketing of Durham University Business School. My research focuses on corporate governance, data analytics, and the impact of technology on the board of directors. I am particularly interested in LegalTech, pension fund governance and stakeholder governance.

Mini Biography

I graduated with an LLB in 2019 and completed the LPC with an LLM in 2020. I have worked in a law firm and a shipping company during the summers of 2018 and 2019. I am a PhD student in the Management & Marketing department of Durham University Business School.
