Biography
Jane joined the Business School in January 1999 after moving from the post of Senior School Administrative Manager at the University of Lincoln. Jane has experience of working with undergraduate and postgraduate students, having been seconded to the post of Assistant Programme Manager for online MBA programmes.
Jane is responsible for the professional administration of undergraduate programmes, coordinating a wide range of teaching, learning and assessment activities, ensuring that customer service excellence and service delivery standards are maintained.
