Biography
Biography
Jiamiao is a PhD student in Management at Durham University Business School. Her research interests include institutional investors and corporate governance. She explores pension fund governance and sustainable development of financial institutions in China.
Mini Biography
Jiamiao focuses on business ethics in her academic study. For her Master's degree at Durham, she successfully positioned ethical issues in the Chinese financial market and combined them with CSR theory, analysis and discussion. By interviewing financial institution practitioners, she aims to obtain first-hand data and complete her studies. Going forward, she aims to investigate the Chinese pension fund governance in depth.
