Biography
Louise joined Durham University as a Modern Apprentice in September 2003. She has worked across a number of departments including Event Durham, Collingwood College and Curriculum, Learning & Assessment Service before joining Durham University Business School in February 2012, with responsibility for coordinating postgraduate research programmes.
Louise is responsible for the professional administration of undergraduate programmes, coordinating a wide range of teaching, learning and assessment activities, ensuring that customer service excellence and service delivery standards are maintained. Louise is currently on maternity leave.
