Mariam is a multilingual researcher (fluent in English, Arabic and French in addition to an intermediate level of Spanish), experienced in primary and secondary research methods as well as qualitative and quantitative data analysis. Her previous work experience includes management consulting, market research, international higher education research and benchmarking in addition to teaching at higher education levels. Throughout her life, Mariam has been involved in several volunteering and extra-curricular activities.

Mini Biography

Passionate researcher interested in marketing, consumer behaviour and innovative technology. Currently working on an interdisciplinary research project entitled "Linking perceptions to reality: the role of Customer Equity in customer experience design" in collaboration with an industry partner.
