Staff profile

Tim McCollum is a Careers Consultant at Durham University Business School. Tim works with both MBA, Online MBA and Masters Students to provide high quality careers support, group workshops and is a module leader for the MBAs Career Advancement module.

After qualifying as a professional Careers Adviser in 2009, he has worked in a broad range of settings including schools, universities and with adult learning to support a wide range of individuals with their career development needs. He has also coached a number of executives and senior leaders to help them further advance their career pathways.

He started with Durham Business School in 2020 and in that time he has delivered a wide range of careers support and interventions with postgraduate students. He has also recently started working on Executive Education and will be running two modules for Nissan managers to help them further develop their skillset.
