Martyn has been an associate professor in management and marketing at the business school since May 2018. Before this he was a lecturer at Leeds University and secured his PhD from Newcastle University in 2010. Martyn is responsible for teaching at undergraduate and postgraduate levels, carrying out research in areas such as workplace democracy and cultural perceptions of work and organization.
