Being vigilant to make sure visitors follow our gallery rules
Assisting with Castle Tours by following the Castle Guide to make sure the group remain together
Sharing local knowledge and promoting our other venues.
We are looking for people who:
Have an interest in exhibitions, collections and working on a World Heritage Site
Are willing to undertake training related to the role
Are friendly, approachable, and confident in a busy environment
Have an enthusiasm for working with our visitors of all ages and background
Want to share their passion for the collections/exhibitions in an engaging and interactive way
Can volunteer at least one session per fortnight (students once per term).
