There will be a mixture of intensive face-to-face teaching blocks, virtual activities and online materials.
Teaching blocks will be 2, 3 or 4 days in duration, typically on site at Durham University Business School, with online activities between sessions.
Apprentices are required to spend 20% of their work time in ‘off the job’ training and new development related to the apprenticeship. This will include module teaching, studying and extra CPD e.g., conferences, site visits, internal training.
Outside of the classroom apprentices will need to commit time to individual and group preparation for workshops and assessments.
