The Durham Leadership Challenge
In times of seismic societal and organisational shifts, leaders provide direction through their mental and physical endurance as well as the ability to critically reflect their personal limits.
Successful leadership spans boundaries across societies, organisations and teams, and is inclusive of diverging backgrounds and viewpoints to bring about change.
Building on the core strength of (team and individual) reflexivity, high-performing leaders monitor and progress through the challenge in four areas: (1) identity, (2) purpose, (3) resilience, (4) collaboration.
This unique challenge is aimed at senior leadership teams from organisations serious about developing their people and wanting to benefit from the latest leadership thinking.
About the Durham Leadership Challenge
Designed by leading academics, Professor Olga Epitropaki and Professor Susanne Braun from The International Centre for Leadership and Followership at Durham, the programme combines virtual delivery of pre and post-event modules, with a high-energy week long residential element in Durham and the greater North East region.
