Welcome to our Department
Built on strong and broad foundations in management and marketing knowledge, our teaching and research focuses on the global business world.
We are a diverse and dynamic group of about 85 academics who conduct world leading and impactful research in the areas of leadership and followership, innovation and technology management, organisation and society, and marketing (including international business).
We teach courses at both undergraduate and graduate levels in the main management fields of strategy, organisational behaviour, leadership, HRM, marketing, entrepreneurship, public management, operations, and international business. We also deliver executive education courses (part-time and online) with modules that span a wide range of management fields.
Our ambition is to build on our leading international position by advancing world changing knowledge and securing global impact through increasingly collaborative research across disciplines with colleagues in the University and beyond.
