The sessions focused on how you can effectively achieve change, drawing on relevant models, diagnostic tools and techniques enabling participants to apply a people-centric approach to engage key stakeholders in the change process. With consideration of the practical challenges of business transformations, the session enhanced participants capabilities to lead and manage change effectively, focusing on key topics such as the impact of change on wellbeing, to ensure an approach to change that is inclusive, and coping with opposition to change.
It focused on the importance of understanding the effects of change on individuals and teams and of engaging them throughout the change journey. Enhancing participants skills to manage and lead people through planned transformation changes. It set out frameworks, perspectives and practical approaches which those attending could apply in practice.
