Work experience: Full-time lecturer at the University of Jordan, Department of Marketing from March 2014- April 2016.

Commercial letters and tender contacts online coordinator at Sanad Elemaar for Building and Construction, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia from September 2010-2016.

Part-time lecturer at the University of Jordan from June 2013 to 2014.

Teaching assistant at the University of Jordan from February 2012 to May 2013.

Research

Research area: Does social media marketing activities enhance customer brand experience?

The study in the consumer behaviour field, will investigate the main factors that shaping and affecting consumer brand experience in the social media platforms, what are the antecedents and the outcomes of social brand experience, what is the role of platform in shaping this experience. Applying mixed research (qualitative and quantitative) methods to investigate these relations.
