Biography
Lanyue is a PhD candidate in Management at Durham University Business School. She obtained her Master’s degree in Psychology from the Chinese University of Hong Kong and her Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from Renmin University of China. She was also a Seminar Tutor for the Master's module, Organisational Behaviour. Since joining Durham University Business School in 2020, Lanyue has worked as a Research Associate supporting collaborative research projects. Her current research interests are leadership and career development and she has published in the Journal of Vocational Behavior.
