During and after receiving her undergraduate degree, Rosalie worked for state government in Nebraska (US) in the areas of law enforcement and mental retardation before returning to graduate school. Her Masters and Doctoral degrees are in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, completed at the University of Maryland. Information for masters and doctoral students considering dissertations: I am interested in working with post-graduate students in the following content areas: (1) selected topics in Leadership perceptions; (2) Work socialisation; and (3) Work-life balance (aka work-family conflict). In addition, I am interested in working with students on studies involving issues in, or the application of, structural equation modelling techniques such as path analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, and latent variable structural modelling.
