Van Mildert’s Annual Burns Night Formal

The College celebrated Burns Night, the birthday of the Scottish poet Robert Burns, partaking in a tradition that has endured for over 200 years. The students enjoyed a traditional Burns Night supper and celebrations included lots of singing, haggis and tartan. The formal is a student favourite because of the traditional ceilidh that follows the formal meal.
