Biography
Gretta Wuhua Dai is a PhD in Law candidate studying at Durham University, UK. She teaches tutorials for the Contract Law Module as a part-time staff during her PhD years. In the academic year of 2019-2020, she was nominated by Durham University to visit the University of California, Berkeley School of Law, US as an exchange research student. Her PhD thesis is about comparative M&A laws in the US and the UK.
Prior to her PhD study, she obtained law degrees from both University of Southern California (USC) and China University of Political Science and Law (CUPL) with various honours. At the time of graduating from USC Gould School of Law, she was issued two certificates. One is the Business Law Certificate, and the other one is the Entertainment & Media Law Certificate.
Currently, her research interest locates in the fields of the M&A laws, corporate law, commercial law and comparative law.
