Research Project

The purpose of this research is to improve quality control techniques for low volume or even project-based manufacturing environments. Low volume statistical process control is a contradiction because to apply standard statistical tools a certain amount of data is required.
This research project proposes to extend previous research toward SMEs by increasing the application of standard cloud-based services and Industry 4.0 technologies.
