University Financial Regulations

The University's Financial Regulations set out at a high level how the University is structured and how it approaches financial responsibility, describing functions from pay expenditure through to treasury management. Some of the items are legislative, others represent best practice.

The Financial Regulations together with the Scheme of Delegation for Financial Business form the system of financial control approved by the University Council.

Further details on the principles governing the application of this system are described in the University's policy documentation and procedural guidance.
