Ustinov College's Global Citizenship Programme is proud to host this discussion with Alumna Alia Saeed Alshamsi, Head of Cultural Programming at the Louvre, Abu Dhabi. In a wide ranging interview, Alia will be speaking about her professional experiences to date, including her current role, her work as a published author and artist and her time as a Masters student at Ustinov College. A facilitated Q & A will follow the discussion.

About the Speaker:Alia is the Louvre Abu Dhabi’s Head of Cultural Programming with extensive expertise and experience in Arts and Culture. She attended Durham University from 2007 to 2008, as a member of Ustinov College, graduating with an MA in Photo-Image; her thesis was on Memory and the Photographic Archive.
