It is our great pleasure to invite you to join our new Vice-Chancellor and Warden Professor Karen O’Brien, Professor of International Law Petra Minnerop, senior Durham University colleagues, and fellow alumni and friends, for an evening reception and lecture on Friday 4 November 2022, from 7pm in Singapore.

The evening will be an opportunity for an intimate group of Durham’s alumni and supporters to meet with our new VC and hear from Professor Minnerop on the current stage of the Global Stocktake (GST) of the Paris Agreement and expectations of COP27 and COP28 for this process. Hear how the GST is designed to enhance ambition, and how it is important to integrate research at all stages of the GST process. Professor Minnerop will update on exciting collaborations in Singapore and the new Durham University Centre for Sustainable Development Law and Policy.

The evening will offer opportunity for networking and connecting with your alumni community.

We would be grateful if you would register by selecting the bookings tab above.
