Biography
I am currently in my first year of my PhD at Durham University. My PHd is funded through the Aura CDT, which specialises in research related to the Offshore Wind industry. Last year, I completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Offshore Wind Energy and the Environment as part of the CDT at the University of Hull. Before that, I completed an MPhys in Experimental Physics at the University of York.
Research Project
My project aims to design a novel biomimetic 3D woven composite for wind turbine blades.
