Current Research

Katherine is conducting research on online sex trafficking and legal and law enforcement responses to this crime. The research will analyse the role that online platforms play in the facilitation and organisation of trafficking for sexual exploitation. It will also assess the efficacy of domestic and international responses to this form of serious and organised crime. Katherine’s research is supervised by Dr Hannah Bows and Professor Clare McGlynn QC (Hon).
