Staff profile

I joined the Department of Physics as an Apprentice Technician in September 2021 following two years study at New College Durham. I am currently undergoing training in the Mechanical Engineering Services workshop whilst studying day release at Sunderland college.

Completed BTEC Level 3 Sub Diploma in Mechanical Engineering at New College Durham 2021.

My training includes learning to design and manufacture a variety of components used for teaching and research; and to assist in providing mechanical engineering support to teaching laboratories and research groups within the Department.
