Biography
Peter Carne has a BA in archaeology and an MA from the Durham Business School. He has worked as a professional archaeologist for a number of different organisations over the last 15 years. He has directed numerous important urban excavations and upland landscape projects in recent years, including undergraduate training excavations. The majority of his work has been based in the North East region. He is currently the Manager of Archaeological Services.
