Biography
Current Projects
I am co-authoring an ethnography with Davies on Ecology, Memory, and British Storytelling; co-editing a four-volume set with Sandy, Davies, Scarre, and McCullough on Death, Loss, Memory, and Mourning in the Long Nineteenth Century, 1780-1914; co-editing another four-volume set on Hidden and Forbidden Knowledges in the Long Nineteenth Century, 1780-1914, which serves as a kind of companion volume, and penning a clutch of poems entitled World is Sudden. I am also preparing a number of articles on Geoffrey Gorer as part of an informal scoping of long-term potential for studying overlapping biographical, intellectual, and disciplinary histories in the twentieth century across the humanities and social sciences.
