Our Applicant Portal is designed to help you to manage different stages of your application, such as uploading documents or completing other actions related to your application.
In the applicant portal you will be able to:
Upload documents relevant to your application.
Complete your Final Acceptance once your application is "unconditional firm" with us.
Other forms may be listed for you to complete; these are often course specific.
To access the Applicant Portal please click here and follow the steps below:
Click ‘Enter Secure Area’
Here you will be prompted for your User ID and PIN, please note that the ID is case sensitive. Please note, you'll only have 3 attempts to log in successfully, after which your account will be locked.
If you need to reset your account or haven't received your log-in details, please Ask Us or call +44(0) 191 334 1000.
Once you've logged in, click the grey ‘Student Services’ button.
Next, click the ‘UG and PGCE Applicants Information and Next Steps’ button, and click the option from the drop down that appears. Please ignore all other options listed you will not need to use these options until you are directed to do so.
This brings you to the applicant portal, where you'll be given options based on what stage in your application you're in.
Once you've finished using the portal, please sign out at the top right of the page to keep your information secure.
