The full legal name of all students is read out at Congregation by the relevant Faculty Executive Dean or representative. Contact your Faculty Office to confirm the pronunciation of your name, only if it is often mispronounced, by the registration closing date (19 June 2024) as specified at How to Register. Late submissions will not be accepted. Please have your student ID (beginning 000) ready when you call or include it in your email.
Please note: we cannot guarantee the pronunciation of your name, but it is more likely to be read correctly if you supply a pronunciation. The representative reading your name will endeavour to pronounce it correctly, but as they are reading over 250 names live at the event, human errors can still occur.
