Local Issues

Durham University works with the student body, Colleges, Durham Students’ Union, external partners and residents’ groups to build and maintain positive relationships across our local communities.

On this page you will find more information about some of the work we do to help with local issues which may arise in relation to student neighbours living in Durham City. You can also find links to our Student Pledge and Livers Out Code of Conduct which help show what we expect from our students when interacting with and living alongside their neighbours.
