Preparing to write a dissertation can be daunting, especially when it comes to the literature review. The Library has extensive research collections to use for dissertations and provides guidance on how to use them effectively.

Session description
This session will introduce you to key sources of information and how to get help with writing your dissertation from your University librarians.
Learning outcomes
After attending this session, you will be able to:
- locate the range of research resources available via relevant Subject Guides
- access information resources specifically relevant to your topic
- access services including Inter-Library Loans and SCONUL Access for obtaining sources at other research libraries in the UK to support assignments and research
- ask for further help and advice from your Faculty Librarian.
Who is this workshop for?
This session is open to all students but is particularly relevant to dissertation students.

This session is delivered by an academic skills specialist from University Library and Collections.
