Alex joined the School of Government and International Affairs at Durham University in September 2018 as a Doctoral researcher. He holds a BA (hons.) in Politics and International Relations from Keele University and an MA in International Relations (Terrorism and Political Violence) from the University of Birmingham.
His current research work focuses on using Just War Theory to examine concepts of resistance and political violence in occupied and post-conflict states.
