  • The summative assessment is project-based and will require students to analyze real-world data from an organization facing a specific people management problem. Students will integrate theoretical knowledge with quantitative data analysis to make evidence-based recommendations. They will produce a report that includes the quantitative findings of their analysis, along with insights and recommendations derived from the analysis (maximum 900 words) and will undertake a data analysis exercise (maximum 100 words).
  • The formative assessment will provide students with the opportunity to practice the skills they will need for the summative assessment, as well as to receive useful feedback to guide their learning. The summative will require students to analyse real-world data from an organization facing a specific people management problem.
