On behalf of the whole College Family at Grey, I would like to extend a warm welcome from all members of the College.
Grey College is a wonderful place to engage with both your studies and the wider aspects of student life.
As a postgraduate student here, you’ll be part of an active and friendly community of people from all around the world, from many different backgrounds, and having a whole host of interests.
I look forward to meeting you later in the year.
Professor Sonia VirdeePrincipal, Grey College
Welcome to Grey! My name is Tabby and I am the outgoing Middle Common Room (MCR) President, having been in the role from last October. The MCR is a community of post-graduates, as well as mature students, 4th year undergraduates and those on placements or years abroad. It is a really welcoming and supportive community, and a great way to make friends as you arrive in Durham. If you have any questions, please just drop me an email at greymcr.president@durham.ac.uk or direct message me on @greycollegemcr and I’ll do what I can to help.
Before your arrival, College will send several emails over the next few weeks. Please read all the information sent to you carefully, making sure you complete all the tasks needed.
