3 students in front of balloon arch at Colours Formal 2025

Howlands Hall was filled with pride, gratitude, and celebration as Josephine Butler College hosted its annual Colours Formal 2025. It was an evening dedicated to honouring the individuals who have shaped and strengthened the College community over the past year.

This evening brought together students, alumni, staff, and mentors to recognise those whose leadership, service, and spirit have made a lasting impact. From organising student events and mentoring peers to championing inclusion and supporting College life, the honourees exemplify the values that lie at the heart of Butler.

With speeches, a celebratory dinner, and the presentation of College Colours and special awards, the evening served not only as a recognition of achievement but also as a celebration of the vibrant, supportive, and warm community that defines Josephine Butler College.
