Dr Matthew Aylott, Senior Policy Adviser, Department of Energy Security and Net Zero . Matthew is the Senior Policy Advisor, within the newly created Department of Energy Security and Net Zero, with extensive experience in managing complex programmes and policy delivery, specialising in climate change and low carbon energy systems. He holds a PhD in climate change impacts on forest growth from the University of Southampton.
